Our traditional housing option offers a comfortable and engaging community experience, designed with the needs of our students in mind. Each dorm room typically houses two students and includes:

  • 2 XL Beds/Mattresses
  • 2 Desks & Desk Chairs
  • 2 Closets/Wardrobes
  • 2 Two-drawer Dressers
  • A Washer & Dryer


Students also have access to:

  • Shower & Restroom facilities on each hall for community use
  • Kitchenets for all residents
  • Vending Machines
  • Live-In Residence Life Staff

Pfeiffer (Gentleman’s Residence)

Two rectangular room designs can be seen with the first containing two beds, two desks, and one air conditioner. The desks and beds are placed on opposite left and right ends. The second design features only one bed, desk, and air conditioner. The bed and desk are placed in the bottom left corner of the room design.

Lakeside (Ladies Residence)

One rectangular room design featuring an air conditioner, two desks, and two beds. The beds are placed parallel at the left end of the room.

Stevenson (Gentleman’s Residence)

One rectangular room design featuring an air conditioner, two desks, and two beds. The beds are placed parallel at the right end of the room.
